On May 25, 2018, the European Regulation 2016\/679 of April 27 (GDPR), Protection of Personal Data began to be enforced and on December 6, 2018, Organic Law 3 entered into force \/ 2018 of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
